This fee covers all activities related to:
- Advertisements on many of the most popular rental advertising sites including Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads, Craigslist, and Zumper.
- Activation and use of our 24/7 advanced marketing system for immediate up-to-date property status, showings with as little as 5 minutes notice, immediate follow-up for feedback, and a request for an application.
- Remote 24/7 monitoring of your property using our proprietary portable security camera system with remote alerts, night vision, live streaming, remote controlled 110 decibel alarm, temperature monitoring, and more.
- Leasing Guarantee: Our leasing guarantee states that for many properties, if a tenant we place requires legal action, we’ll cover the cost of legal fees, court appearances, property occupancy checks, meeting with the set-out crews, and follow-up legal activities. You will still have the right to cancel your agreement at any time.
